This beginner sewing class starts with an introduction to the sewing machine and ends with the completion of a cross-back apron. This pattern makes a great first project to start your journey into garment sewing. Learn the most frequently used sewing techniques to become an independent maker.

Supplies: Bring 1.75-2 yards of your favorite woven fabric, pre-washed, and matching thread. You are welcome to bring your sewing machine (plus its feet and manual) or use one of the studio's sewing machines.
