Over 3 evenings (December 3, 10 & 17, 5:30–7:30pm), Martha of The Woolly Thistle will guide you through the Easy Fingerless Mitts pattern by Roxanne Richardson. Perfect for beginners or those looking for a refresher, you’ll learn the essentials: how to cast on, knit and purl stitches, read a pattern, bind off, seam, and finish your project with confidence. Get stuck? Martha will be there to help you along and how to learn from any wee mistakes you make along the way!
Supplies: All materials are included with registration, including a ball of Rauma Fivel yarn,an oh-so soft yarn made from 100% Norwegian wool and spun in Norway, at the center of Scandinavian knitting culture. Plus, the needles, stitch markers, and all the other tools needed to make a beautiful pair of handknit fingerless mitts.
