Teaching Artist: Deb Churchill

Learn the basics of pottery on the wheel or refine your practice centering, making functional forms, attaching handles, slips, glazing and decorating. Through demonstration and one-on-one instruction, we will build on each student's interests and skills. Bring your desire to get your hands dirty! Designed for all potters, from the absolute beginners to those with experience and enthusiasm to continue learning in a supportive environment.

$250 + $50 materials fee, includes a 25 lb bag of clay, glaze and firing. Additional clay is available for purchase.

Open Studio practice time throughout the duration of your class is encouraged and included with your registration! 

This class is open to adults of all ages, yet offered at a reduced price through the generous support of AARP Vermont.
