Learn the fundamentals of upholstery while contributing to a good cause. In this hands-on, collaborative workshop, we’ll work together to reupholster chairs for a local nonprofit.

Guided by the experts of Velvet Furn, you’ll learn core upholstery skills and techniques, including deconstruction, padding, fabric layout, stretching, and finishing. Think of this class as equal parts skill-building and community care: you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while raising funds for CraftStudies’ access and equity programs.

No prior upholstery experience required.

Supplies: All materials are included with registration.
