Teaching Artist: Emma Percy

Learn how to make beautiful handmade notecards and envelopes out of plant fibers and flowers! We will go through the hand papermaking process step-by-step and discuss processing plant fibers, making pulp, forming sheets, adding decorative inclusions, and pressing and drying the sheets. Everyone will make a unique set of stationery to take home and use in their own correspondence and gifting (hint: they make perfect cards for Mother's Day!) Please wear clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet.
