Join Sharon for an all-levels yoga class that will focus on simple exercises—many of which can be done from a chair—which focuses on countering the effects of crafting on the hands, arms, shoulders and hips. No previous yoga experience is needed. Much of our practice will be done seated in chairs or stools. Modifications will be taught for those who wish to work from the floor or yoga mat.
