Discover the excitement of raku firing! Bring 3–5 bisque-fired pieces made with CraftStudies clay to glaze and fire. After applying glazes, we’ll load pieces into the raku kiln, creating the metallic flashes and crackle effects raku is known for.

Dress for outdoor work with long sleeves and sturdy closed-toe shoes, and be ready for a hands-on day of fire, smoke, and unpredictable beauty!

Supplies: You need to bring your own bisque-fired pieces. Glazes will be provided, as they are specific to raku.

At this 2-hour workshop you will learn the basics of perfumery while creating your own custom botanical Eau de Parfum that is hand-blended to reflect your unique personality. It's part art, part science, and a whole lot of fun and self-discovery! For anyone interested in perfumery or simply enjoying good company while trying something new.

This class is designed for students ages 16+. Students ages 8–15 are welcome to join, but must be accompanied by a adult caregiver. Both the student and caregiver must register.
